In this class, we will practice "letting go," allowing tight, overused muscles to finally relax. With time, you can realize your own body's potential flexibility. Class ends with a 5-10 minute guided meditation.
Restorative
This class is all about relaxation. Using simple props and cushions, we allow gravity to do most of the work. The 45-minute time frame is designed to let this be a welcome respite in your work day, without intense stretching or strengthening. Maybe you worked out yesterday and you are sore, but you still want to practice? This would be the perfect way to recover. Class ends with a 5-10 minute guided meditation.
